The Department of Physiology and Developmental Biology at Brigham Young University announces the opening of a full-time faculty position as of November 2015, with an anticipated start date in summer or fall 2016. Applicants should have a doctorate degree and post-doctoral experience, with expertise relevant to current departmental teaching and research emphases, including developmental biology, physiology, neuroscience and/or biophysics. Members of the faculty are expected to develop an active research program and participate in classroom teaching, both of which will include interactions with undergraduate and graduate students. Candidates must demonstrate a high potential for establishment of an externally funded research program.
