The confocal microscope requires constant upkeep and maintenance.  In addition, a technician is employed to provide training and assistance for your imaging needs.  To partially offset these costs, an hourly usage fee will be charged as follows:

Supervised or Assisted Fee (technician present): $20/hour

Unassisted Fee: $15/hour

We have kept the fees reasonable, and do not anticipate the funds generated from these fees to fully cover the costs of maintaining the confocal.
